We are currently working in two locations in Kenya: Misri slum in Limuru (outside Nairobi), and Webuye, in western Kenya. Miracle House provides day care, food, shelter, and pre-primary education with a 25-35 child capacity at each location. All of our children are complete orphans or children of single mothers or fathers most have tested NIV+. Some are street children. We have been told there are over 500 orphans in Misri slum alone.

We have purchased ten acres of land near Nakuru, Kenya, where we will move to full time care for many more needy children. So Miracle House can move ahead in the near future, we are raising funds to develop a farm setting where we will have crops, chickens, livestock, and housing with a family home environment.

Beyond Kenya there are several other countries where I (Deanna) have left parts of my heart. They include Thailand (Laos and Burma), Haiti, and more.

From the beginning, we have committed to dream big, start small, learn to do what we do well, and grow from there!
